Can't find your order number?

Check the subject line of your order confirmation email — it always starts with JM- followed by six digits. If you can't find it, email info@judymoramodacolombiana.com with the name and address used at checkout and we'll look it up for you.

Tracking statuses explained

• Confirmed — payment captured, packing slip generated.
• Packed — your order is in our studio queue and will ship within 24 business hours.
• Shipped — carrier has scanned your package; tracking is live.
• Out for delivery — last-mile carrier has your package on a truck for today.
• Delivered — carrier scanned at your address.
