Orders placed before 1pm MT on a business day are typically packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and ship a replacement at no cost when the claim is approved.
