Returns & refund policy

Our 30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and (where applicable) the hygiene seal intact.

How to start a return

1. Email info@judymoramodacolombiana.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a pre-paid return label (for orders over $99) or a return shipping address.
3. Pack the items in their original packaging when possible and drop off at any USPS location.
4. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt; your bank may take 3–10 additional days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Free size or color exchanges within the continental U.S. — we cover the return shipping label and the outbound shipping on the replacement.

Non-returnable items

• Final-sale items (clearly marked at the product level).
• Beauty products that have been opened or used.
• Shapewear, swimwear or bodysuits with broken hygiene seals.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement immediately, no return required in most cases.
